MPCNC upgrade

Hi,

yesterday I began to update my MPCNC. It now has a E3d printhead with a simple bowden extruder. Additionaly for the x- and y-axis the A4988 drivers are replaced by a TMC2100 Silent stepstick each.

And to make things nearly perfect I made an update to Marlin 1.2, which came out two days ago. Thanks a lot!

So the machine is so quite that only the fans can be heared during printing. After spending one whole day in tuning and finetuning the machine it now prints additional inner parts for the humanoid robot INMOOV. So things won’t last forever 😉
