Today I made my personal pilgrimage to Kevelaer (http://www.wallfahrt-kevelaer.de). I did it with my moutainbike. It took me about 158 kilometers to reach my destination (Kevelaeer’s St. Maria chapel) and ride back to Düsseldorf. Am Sonntag, den 18. Juli 2010 war die A40 für Fussgänger und Radfahrer freigegeben. Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein gab es ca. 3 Millionen (!) Besucher.
